About Me

My approach is grounded in helping you recognize and build on your strengths while learning practical, evidenced-based skills to support your goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a recent diagnosis, grief & loss or a relationship challenge, my aim is to create a supportive relationship where we work together to improve the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are standing in the way of the life you want to lead.

While I work with and welcome all walks of life, I focus on two distinctive communities. One, I serve as an off-campus provider for the UC Berkeley student community and two, I work with clients of faith in various spiritual traditions who’d like to integrate their faith in therapy. Wherever you might be spiritually, I find it’s most helpful to follow the client lead.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore patterns, uncover what’s holding you back and develop personalized tools to move forward with greater clarity, resilience and self-compassion. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk along side you.

My Specialities

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than 15 years of experience.

After many years working with clients, I’ve observed that healing and meaningful growth happens when we blend insight with action. That’s why I draw from proven therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques. I would be delighted to schedule a free consultation with you and happy to hear about your hopes and goals for therapy. We can tailor our work together to what resonates with you. Let’s chat!
